We are currently looking for a Office Team Assistant to join our client in London on an a 5 month contract
IR35: Inside IR35
Hybrid - 2 days in the office
Start: ASAP
As the Office Team Assistant you will provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Key tasks include:
• Maintain work flow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
• Create and revises systems and procedures by analysing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
• Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analysing data, and identifying solutions.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
