Monarch are working with a global real estate organisation, based in central London, that are recruiting for a 2nd line support engineer to assist them on a permanent basis.
- Role: 2nd line support engineer
- Location: Central London
- Working arrangements: Monday- Thursday office based, Friday work from home.
- Hours: 9-5.30
- Salary: £30,000- £38,000 (An additional 30% bonus, every financial year depending on company performance)
Some of the skills required:
– Excellent knowledge of MS Product Suite – including Office 365, SharePoint, Windows 11, Windows Server 2012 / 2016, Azure; domain and user administration
– Familiarity with networking concepts
– Familiarity with AV equipment
– Excellent knowledge and application of ITIL standards and frameworks
– Significant experience with Service Management, helpdesk procedures, and ticketing systems
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Fluent in the English language, any additional languages are desired
– Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
– Ability to work autonomously when required, but also as an excellent team participant
– Problem solving capabilities with a results-orientated mindset
