Monarch are working with a large manufacturing organisation, based in Northampton that are recruiting for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Role: IT Service Delivery Manager
Location: Northampton (5 days on site)
Salary: £30,000- £40,000
This position is a hands on position where you will be dealing with all areas of user IT support. You will be managing a team member in the support team and will help grow the team over the next year.
Some of the experience required includes:- Office 365
- SQL Server
- Print services
- MDM
- Hardware installation and support
