We are currently looking for a Support Engineer to join our client in Central London on a 6 month contract.
Location: London/Hybrid working
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
IR35: Inside IR35
Out of office support would be required for this role
**** This role requires the candidate to speak fluent Japanese*****
As the Support Engineer you will be joining their development team where you will provide support to ETL related queries in both production and non-production environments covering the following aspects:- Communicating with Data Centre/Help Desk staff
- Analysing/finding failure to reach a root cause
- Resolving issues by liaising with development teams,
- Liaising with internal and external support teams
- Managing and supporting ETL processes,
- Troubleshooting ETL jobs
- Implementing solutions (Code fix, SQL scripting etc), including checking Windows Servers, Databases (SQL Server or Oracle)
