Monarch IT are working with a IT Services company who are looking for a Senior Trade Floor Support Analysts on a 6 month contract basis - paying up to £350 per day inside IR35.

Location: Based near Bishopsgate London, you must be available to work on site for 5 days per week as a standard - There is no possibility to work from home. 

You will participate in a shift rota, providing cover between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Role Duties:

• Supporting the Front Office Trade Floor/ Treasury desktop environment - investigation of Front Office related issues and resolving or engaging with application owners, infrastructure owners, IT security owners and vendors to provide effective issue and problem management and rapid resolution.
• Managing and developing collaborative relationships with other groups within the IT division, locally and globally.
• Engage business users for their business requirements.
• Provide cover to Trading floor IT support contact number, answering calls, creating tickets, and escalating as required.
• Support of Systems infrastructure team when requested by the TFS team leader , such as Core systems infrastructure - comprising workstations and servers, IPC telephony systems and Cisco Networks.
• Provide support to walk-up and email requests, dealing with tickets, and escalating as required. Role Profile 2023
• Administer various IT environment (i.e., PC build and configuration, Application software, SCCM, Printing)
• Liaise, coordinate and monitor the escalation to 3rd level support groups.
• Coordinate and support (planning, documenting, implementing and verifying) the large-scale movement of desk-side equipment between desk positions, working in conjunction with building services and 3rd level resolver groups where appropriate.
• Participate with IT projects.

• 5 Years+ Trade Floor Support experience
• Strong hands on Infrastructure and Network support
• Hands on IT Project experience
• Good knowledge of Citrix client/VDI technologies and concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Office 201x, Office 365 (32 & 64bit).
