Delivering an excellent customer experience
Our mission is to become the number 1 partner to our clients through our industry knowledge and through delivering excellent service, which are at the core of what we do.
We’re delighted to have received so much positive feedback recently; including Anil’s professionalism and attention to detail, Rob’s ability to deliver the right calibre of candidates for his client and Michael and Kristen working together to provide a transparent process where the candidate was kept updated throughout.
We look forward to continuing to make a positive imprint on our client brand’s and growth goals, while making meaningful change to our candidate’s career aspirations.
The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has announced Monarch Recruitment as an approved G-Cloud supplier on the Digital Marketplace, opening up numerous public sector opportunities.
The Digital Marketplace supports the Government vision of a Public Sector ‘Amazon’ meaning that Monarch Recruitment, as a fully compliant supplier, is able to deliver services to Government departments across the UK.
Launched in 2012, the G-Cloud is an agreement between the UK Government and suppliers who provide cloud technology and services. It is designed to drive down costs by allowing public sector bodies to purchase standardised services from approved suppliers, rather than having to sign up to a variety of contracts with differing terms and conditions.
Managing Director, Mark Childe said: “We are extremely pleased to be selected on the UK Government’s latest iteration of G Cloud. We are looking forward to the new opportunities presented via the Digital Marketplace and to further expand our presence within this vital part of the UK economy.”
Monarch Recruitment provides a wide range of services on the G Cloud framework including:
- Cloud Resourcing & Project Solutions
- Service Functional Capabilities
- Information Assurance
- Security
In addition to G-Cloud we are also approved suppliers on Digital Outcomes and Specialist (DOS) and Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) frameworks.

Our revamped ‘Monarch Millionaire’ Wall of Fame
The last couple of weeks have seen a number of celebrations across team Monarch, which we’re excited to formally announce!
Reaching Monarch Millionaire status takes hard work, dedication and success. We are so lucky to not just have one or two Monarch Millionaires, we have 7! Seven brilliant recruiters who have proven themselves as successful recruitment professionals, in a highly competitive marketplace.
The last couple of weeks saw our latest inductee’s, Kristen and Ali who are consistently brilliant recruiters, excelling expectations and reaching new heights. Reaching Monarch Millionaire = gifts, with Ali opting for a diamond bracelet, while Kristen opted for a Louis Vuitton handbag she’d had her eye on. Both had their own day in the office to celebrate their fantastic achievement and were taken out by Mark Hunt for a celebratory meal and drinks (which we all then gate crashed)
James, already a Monarch Millionaire took it a step further, reaching Monarch Double Millionaire status! Double Millionaires receive a £10k cheque to celebrate their achievement and loyalty, as well as their celebratory day with a meal and drinks.
Congratulations to James, Ali and Kristen – it’s fantastic to have some of the UK’s best recruiters working for us at Monarch IT and the Monarch Recruitment group!
Getting our Shamrock on!
We love a themed sales day here at Monarch IT and what better an excuse than St Patrick’s Day!?
Our sales days are focused on new business development and candidate activity, proactively encouraging the role we carry out day to day as recruitment consultants…. But with the added twist of challenges and this time, an Irish-themed fancy dress.
The challenges included the Lucky Charms relay, the best Irish themed fancy dress and a team singing competition, giving everyone a chance to get those creative juices flowing (and a perfect opportunity for our shared service team to play talent judges again!)
Never a dull day at Monarch HQ!
Monarch Conference
A great start to 2018 put us in a perfect frame of mind to kick off our 2018 sales conference.
The Monarch sales conferences are known for three things – 1.A LOT of awards, 2.The ‘Holiday Reveal’, 3. A great after party. This year our London office played host, which meant we got to make the most of the rooftop bar at our office (although being February it’s fair to say we didn’t stay outside for long!)
But first, the serious stuff. We outlined the vision for Monarch IT and Monarch Digital; maintaining our specialist focus which has made us so successful, concentrating on providing a great level of service throughout and ensuring each recruitment consultant irrespective of grade or time served has a clear development and progression plan.
The award ceremonies celebrate our people and their successes, achievements and recognition. With awards ranging from New Business, Client Retention, Social Media Consultant…. to the prestigious Top Billers – each winner went away with an award, champagne, a Selfridges voucher, with a few lucky winners (Kristen, Danielle, Kirsty and Adam) also taking away an invite for an all-expenses paid trip to fabulous Las Vegas!
Monarch holidays are part and parcel of Monarch life, with the European weekender giving our team a great opportunity to relax and enjoy themselves in a new European city. The exciting holiday reveal was made by Mark Hunt, CEO, who announced an open invitation for all of the team to join us in Prague this November with Monarch covering the costs of flights and hotels.
With a 2018 internal recruitment drive for recruitment consultants, to Las Vegas, to Prague and promotions planned across the year, 2018 is lined up to be an excellent year for team Monarch!
