Senior Commercial Manager - SC Cleared

We are currently working with a central government body who is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join them on an initial 6 month position.

Start: ASAP
Duration: 7 Months - with potential of extension
Location: Remote with possible travel to Liverpool
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Clearance: Candidates need to either hold an active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain the clearance.

Key Skills and experiences we are looking for:

• Experience of running tender exercises all the way through to contract award
• Experience of managing suppliers against SLAs and Performance Indicators
• Experience of ensuring delivery against contractual obligations and rectification of poor performance / non-delivery
• Experience of managing contracts of varying nature and size
• Experience of delivering value for money.
• Experience of EU and UK public sector procurement regulations, Sourcing Playbook and related policies, Digital Standards and other Gov Standards all very desirable.
