Monarch are working with an organisation in the Midlands that are recruiting for a Business Change Project Manager on a permanent basis.
Role: Business Change Project Manager
Salary: £41,000- £50,0000
Location: Midlands (Hybrid- 2 days per week on site)
Start date: ASAP
You will be project managing multiple business change projects, delivering change to high value customers. The organisations extremely exciting road map consists of communication transformation, credit risk implementations, process development and system changes.
Even though this does include technical delivery, it's very much a Business Change Project Manager not an IT Project Manager.
Some of the responsibilities include:- To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- To develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- To coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- To manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, understanding their motivations and drivers
- To perform risk management to minimise project risks
- To establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- 5 years experiences of Project/Change management leading change in large organisation
- Proven experience of leading projects with an emphasis on business change delivery
- Comfortable with working with ambiguity and a limited brief
- Leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management
