Business Change Manager - Business Change Consultant - Business Change and Transformation - Change Consultant
Monarch IT are working alongside a government body who are looking for a Business Change Consultant, on an initial 6 month contract basis - Based in either London or Birmingham - Pay up to £550 per day inside IR35. You MUST hold SC Clarence with it still valid and in date.
Onsite 3 days - London/ Birmingham.
Duties:- Support Business change activity across the new programme
- Administer programme wide business change plans
- Supporting wider Change Management team to develop core business change projects
- Review and assessment of change important for stakeholders
- Supporting business readiness
They will need the following skills:- Experience working in Business Change management for large scale IT transformation
- Proven experience in communications, engagement methods and deliver
- Solid problem solving, stakeholder management and communication across business.
